I am having this problem. I cant get me items from the bank. Ive have not logged on for bout a week. When i got back i relized that i needed to get some items from my bank. When i went to my bank the extra storage was gona and the extra storage area was red. Some of my valuable items were in the red extra storage area in my bank. When i tried to get them ouy i could not. Also i had some items on my assistant character bank. I tried to get my items from there too but it did not work. Did i miss something or is there something worng. I really need some help i dont know wat to do plzzz help!!

Same here I thought my bank was the original size, not 1/2 of original size (this needs explained to people, like other surprises in game)

 

If I keep getting surprises like this I will say forget you nexon and go back to other surprise free games (like rappelz, wow, and so many I will not name), my bank from beginning should be the size it will stay and if I want more then I pay for for it is what I thought since I did not pay for more for extra storage from the start I thought that was my bank size. The next thing that disappears with out warning of some kind I quit. IMO this kind of is unacceptable , to quote my thoughts "ok I have this much storage and I have to pay for more, reality you have 1/2 of this so anything in this 1/2 is locked unless you pay us" to the owners feel lucky all I had in that 1/2 was a pick, 3 blessing water and a goddess feather or I would have said "bleep this game and you can suck my bleep and I will never play on nexon.com again"

Even though this game seems fun, I will not play a game where I have to pay to get what I have back out of locked state, so you can have my things. I put $20 into this game this week and as of now I am just waiting to get screwed again and you will not get another single cent till I am 100% certain something else will not go poof again.

You guys must be new to the game.  When you make an account you get 1 free week of fantasy life which includes expanded bank space.  After that one week you have purchase  Fantasy life again for $14.90 or 14,900NX.  The only way to recover the items in the red area is to get service again.  You may have also noticed that when you die you can't re spawn on the spot with losing major experience.

It is because your character turned lv 30. To get your items back now...you need to pay i think 9.6k of nx to buy extra storage, or 14.9k to buy the whole pack which is adv play, nao, and extra storage.  Next time remember to get your stuff from bank when your at lv 29 (assuming you've created a new acc).

I have limited income so i cant go spending on the elf card the storage card AND a pet >< and my elf has 8 weeks till free rebirth :x so before i spend what little money i get today.. what should i get.. the P. Elf card or the storge :x

Whoever told you to get an elf card to get extra storage must've had no idea what they were talking about. >.>;

If you want extra storage then you get the extra storage service, or you can get fantasy life service which is a package that includes, Nao support, advanced play, and extra storage.
