I need an e-mail address for nexon billing or something, someone I can pester to get this fixed. I want what I paid for, this isn't right.
I have a guild and my fantasy life package is going to expire in a few weeks. I'd rather not have to transfer leadership just because nexon's customer support is being fail. I know someone knows something, help me out here.
First. LOL, NEVER POST TO THE FORUM WHEN IT SHOULD BE A TICKET. Nexon staff do not read or respond to anything posted here (especially the tech forum.)
Keep retrying, it does eventually work. Nexon's server for the tickets and the forums tends to failsauce a lot and hence I only put urgent stuff in a ticket.
Asking for an email address is not going to happen, such is the nature of web based customer support, if they hand out email addresses, then it just gets spammed to the point of being unuseable. From a business perspective, they need to upgrade their forum/ticket server, because clearly it doesn't work reliably.
