Find the Bridge to where you start. From there you need to travel North East till you reach the "C" in Cenae Meadows. From there, jump on a Hippo and wait for it to take you across to Cor Village.

You'd have to take the Physis route to Courcle. Then head down to La Terra then raft all the way to the Cor dock.
