Roses, I would have done that if I could open a new customer support ticket. However, I have had an open ticket for months and their system will not let you have more than one open ticket.

I feel for ya... have been gettin the error for months too and can not log a ticket... have to go thru task manager to get onto mabi now! ANd my elf freezes up in skills. Last time I could log a ticket with mabi it was over a missing char card and they needed more info. Every since then have had problems with this wrror and no way to contact them. It is very frustrating. If you get an answe rpleeeeeeease le me know ;)
