Anyways, if you're fighting Gargoyles, Ice-Counter works well enough with them, since they hit so hard anyway 
If you see them charge a magic bolt against you and you're too far away to cancel, keep your distance, LET them smack you with the bolt, and as soon as the bolt connects, you load Counter, since they'll attempt to hit you after launching the bolt. With enough distance, you'll be able to load Counter and send them flying to repeat your own Ice-Counter loop until they're dead. Heck, they only have 600 HP *yawn*
Same process applies to the fat Heavy Gargoyles who need diets.
