is there a way to increase my chances of fomor scrolls dropping (preferably black wolf or gray wolf) because i need money and from what i can understand fomor scrolls are the easiest way for noobs (if it helps im 2 days old and level 13)

Just kill mimics for fomor scrolls. They have a pretty high chance of dropping. Its 6k for a stack.

There is no way to increase drop rates. Some mobs drop them more often than others. Wolves drop them only rarely. Like Nejihaha said, mimics are the best for this.

Global drop rates may increase on Tues/Wed for Dungeons/Field respectively, but there is no way to increase an individual player's own item drop rate from slain enemies. If you want more of something, you just gotta hunt more. End of story.
