Mounts and all other pets are cash, period. Yes, the free service runs out once any of your characters reach a total level of 30. However, the game can be played perfectly fine without the services. If you die too much.. that means you should brush up on your tactics instead of relying on Nao. Personally I'd rather buy cash rbs than service, so I can get closer to not feeling disadvantaged against service users. Basically, if you have the money for HW and never die, Nao's unncessary. If you can make money by running hard dungeons, you can buy whatever advanced play can offer you. The storage.. use pets or rely on a friend's house.. doesn't matter if you have the money and occasional cash (pets = space). Just my two cents on the matter, because it's what i did instead of buying service. Best to get away from it if you don't want the game to leech 15 dollars off you every month.
