We know players seek alternative means of buying NX whether its gifting an item, trading NX for services i.e. power-leveling or charging NX via PayPal (NX Credit) for others. Players who receive NX through alternative means run a high risk of being scammed or even losing their account. The damages of being scammed is manageable but losing your account permanently is not. We want our players to understand the consequences that may come with letting somebody else charge NX onto their account.
In many cases a stranger or even a "friend" helps somebody charge NX via PayPal. As friendly as it appears, it can turn malicious. After making the transactions, the stranger/friend can claim the transactions as unauthorized. In turn, your account is permanently suspended for fraud. The friend/stranger remains free to cause harm again because the fraudulent charge was not made on their account.
There are cases where a friend/stranger uses a borrowed PayPal account like using their parent’s account to make purchases. This could be a close friend or trustworthy stranger but if the parent or original owner find a mysterious charge on their bill, it is possible for them to request a refund for this unknown charge and thus fraud is committed on your account and permanently suspended.
Please be wary of letting somebody access your account to charge NX via PayPal. We strongly advise to never share your account information with anybody. For those who have charged NX for others via PayPal be aware there are now consequences if you should attempt to get the money back that you've charged for others. For future situations like the ones mentioned above we will suspended both game accounts involved.

Please email billingpp@nexon.net and include your account ID (no passwords!) and the PayPal transaction IDs of the refunded transactions if possible. This is for billing inquiries only as billing is extremely time sensitive. Any other issues need to go through the ticketing system.
