    When seeking help from the rest of the player community, we wish to encourage you to include the following details in your opening post. Following this format isn't necessary, but it can greatly improve the quality of help you get, by helping the community determine the cause of your difficulty.

    Opening Posts should include:

    • Operating System (Windows XP, Vista, etc.)
    • RAM
    • Video Card
    • Internet Connection speed
    • Exact error message
    • Link to screenshot of error, if possible
    • Frequency you receive error
    • Date/Time error started
