 In all seriousness, I'm all for guild diversity (and building a harem, cuz i know that's your real goal xD), but I agree that just cuz you're over the age of 15 doesn't make you mature, so how about instead of setting an age limit try talking to the applicants to determine their maturity level?

 i'm just sayin'

but players need to be at least 15 years old to join Noxx.  We set this limit to establish a baseline level of maturity in the guild and because guild chat occasionally erupts into rated R chat and jokes.  Plus, we recently had a 10 year old apply to the guild and it made me realize this guild isn't for everyone.

 Usually I avoid the forums.. but here we go~ I am the sole female player in Noxx guild, Stella. :D

All players of mabinogi are eligible to apply for Noxx guild. If you are under our age limit, you have to go through more detailed interview(s) to help us come to a conclusion of whether or not your maturity level is appropriate for Noxx. All players that apply are taken into account regardless of who you are IRL.

Eden, Dylan, and I (Stella) are the ones who conduct the interviews at the moment, it is not as scary as some people may think. haha. Noxx is a nice guild, and is drama-free. We are looking for active and non-guild-hopping members who can become a part of our family-style guild.

We would like to invite more female players to join Noxx particularily because the female count is low... not because we like females more then males. It's all about making things balanced and equal ♥

Wonderful post, thank you.  You've been the source of a lot of drama in the past, and I don't want to risk damage to my guild.

People, everyone can apply to Noxx, but not everyone will be accepted.  I'm selective in who I allow into the guild.  I don't really want a lot of big-name, famous people.  I want regular players who play the game for fun.  Some people take the game too seriously, some cause drama, and some are the subject of drama whether they cause it or not.

If nothing else, Brand's response to me is a sure indication that I would not have wanted her in my guild. 

 

For those of you who are still watching this thread, or stumbling upon it for the first time, take heart - I do not allow people into my guild who will tell me to "burn in hell :P" after one conversation.  I try to only allow nice people to join.  :)
