Q: What is this Forum Decorum Winner and Honored Member banner? How do I get it?
Forum Decorum Winners are winners of a past event held on the forum. Honored Member was a response to the Decorum Winners to honor those who have made great contributions to the forums as a member of the community. Both groups are respectable members of the Nexon forum community.
Q: Why don’t we have an edit feature?
The Edit feature has been abused and removed. It will not be coming back.
Q: Why was my signature deleted?
Your signature was not deleted for the sole purpose of being deleted. Moderators will issue a warning in your signature should they find you breaking the Forum Rules of Conduct.
Q: Why was my thread Deleted/Locked?
There are a few reasons why a thread on the forum would be locked or deleted. Inappropriate topics that should not be addressed and/or discussed on the forum are deleted. Locked threads are a result of inappropriate forum topics and/or inappropriate corresponding replies (i.e. if a thread turns into a flame war).
Q: Why should I follow the Forum Rules of Conduct?
If you would like to use the Nexon forum we require your compliance with the Forum Rules of Conduct. If you cannot do so or refuse to, your forum privileges will be revoked.
Q: What is an appropriate signature size?
An appropriate signature size would be something no bigger than 600x300 pixels. Please keep in mind other members may not have a very high screen resolution and your image may appear larger on their screen.
Q: I am a registered member of the Nexon Forum. I am getting the error * Nexon Passport Authentication failed!
If you received this error be sure the login ID and password are those of your Nexon Passport Account. If you entered the wrong login ID and/or password you will be prompted this error. This is also the error if you have been banned from the forums. If you believe you have been banned, please look for your profile on the forum to see if your signature has been edited with the appropriate suspension notice.
Q: Where is the Private Message system on this forum?
The Private Message function has been disabled for security reasons.
Q: What topics should I avoid posting?
Topics you should avoid posting should be described in the Forum Rules of Conduct.
Q: I am having trouble registering/logging onto the forum.
If you are having issues with the forum please submit a ticket detailing what error you are receiving and what you are attempting to do that causes the error. The better the description you can provide, the better we can assist you.
Q: Why don’t GMs post on the forum or respond to my thread?
As stated on the Forum Rules of Conduct, GMs do not partake on forum activities. The forums are a social hangout for players to mingle outside of the game. If you require the attention of a GM, please submit a ticket.
Q: Help! There is a troll on the forum! Where are the Moderators?!
The forum moderators will be on the forums as often as they can but their job consists of other responsibilities as well. If you should encounter a troll or a spammer, do not provoke them. As upsetting as trolls and spammers can be, provoking them directly will only create a bigger issue on the forums. Please use the report function located at the bottom of every post if you find members that violate the Forum Rules of Conduct. Moderators will take the appropriate course of action when they are available.
Q: I saw somebody hacking and/or I am being harassed! Where do I post it on the forum?
User abuse is not to be posted on the forum unless requested by Nexon. If requested, you will need to follow the specific directions provided. Deviations from the directions may result in a locked thread.
Please use the in-game system (if applicable) or the ticketing system if you need to report a player for hacking or harassment. Tickets submitted into harassment will be investigated by a GM but please do not expect an answer as they cannot give you details of the investigation.

Q: How do I become a Game Master?
Being a Game Master is not a privilege, it is a full-time job. If you are interested in a career with Nexon America please view our careers page.
Q: Why isn’t this <insert content> not released yet?
All game content is localized and tested prior to release. Game content will be released when it is ready to be released. Trolling and making inflammatory comments will not speed up the process.
Q: Why was I banned? I didn’t commit NX fraud nor was I hacking!
There are others reasons why your account may be suspended besides NX Cash fraud or hacking. We have a policy in place and those policies are enforced. If you want to inquire about your suspension, please submit a ticket.
Q: I need to contact a GM! How do I do that?
If you require assistance, you will need to submit a ticket through the self-service portal. GMs do not respond to requests on the forums.
Q: My account got hacked and I can’t log in now! How did this happen?
Based on Customer Support’s experience, the top reason why accounts are hacked are due to account sharing. Be wary of those who ask for your account login information. Remember, account security is your responsibility.

Q: Why isn’t Customer Support answering my ticket?
The Customer Support Team receives hundreds of tickets a day. Your ticket is most likely among them. The CS/GM Agent will respond to your ticket when they can. However, if you submit your ticket to the incorrect category, your ticket may be further delayed.
Please keep in mind not all tickets will be answered depending on how the ticket was submitted. Some categories are for information gathering purposes only such as the Harassment and Feedback categories.
Q: How do I know if someone is really a Nexon Representative?
Nexon Representatives will never ask you for your login information. They will clearly identify themselves and will not threaten you in any way. All official emails from Nexon will come from *@nexon.net and no other address.
Nexon Representatives will not ask for your personal information in-game or in any other form besides the ticketing system. CS/GM Agents need you to verify your account information in the ticketing system should you need account assistance. This is to verify you are indeed the owner of the account. Nexon Representatives will only contact you in-game if they have a question pertaining to your ticket inquiries i.e. if you submitted a ticket about your account being hacked and they see you online.
Q: What is wrong with private servers?
Any private server of any Nexon games is a direct copy write and intellectual property right infringement. Whether the private server takes donations or not, it is illegal to use the intellectual property rights without the permission of others.
Q: I won <insert event here>. Where is my email notification?
The email notification for event winners may be sent 1 or 2 days after the announcement. The notification will be sent to the registered email of the winning account. Please check your bulk/spam folders for the email if the notification is not in your inbox. All emails are sent from official *@nexon.net email addresses and we will never ask you to forward an email to a non-Nexon.net email address.
Q: I have Nexon's phone number. I'm going to call them for help!
It has been specifically stated we
do not offer Customer Support through email and telephone. We have a phone number, yes, and it is strictly for business reasons. Should you call our front desk you will be directed to submit a ticket. Our receptionists will not be able to assist you with your questions as they are not involved with support or game management. Please do not harass our lovely receptionists.
