Thing is, Evony has nothing to do with the pictures on the advertisements. They're just pictures of random sexy women saying stuff like, "Come, my lord. Your land awaits." And then the game is just managing a kingdom, kinda like a RollerCoaster Tycoon sim.

And luna has lolis almost naked?...

Actually, the clothing in Luna for females can be pretty revealing. 

I'm actually rather new to Luna online but I haven't seen anything revealing though... and to the OP, yes it is annoying, my brother thinks I'm watching pOrn when he sees it! Its a fking annoying advertisment and my brother is already annoying enough!

Let's see considering I've gotten to level 20 in that game all I gotta say is.

WoW with forced chibi.

Christ it's actually pretty annoying that you're character is shorter then all of the npc's in that game.

If the avatars looked anything like some of the NPC models I might have been able to keep playing up to the first job advancement.
