This is just a fun contest and people enter it to do just that... to have fun! Those of you who are giving alot of input on how a commercial should be and how most of the entries arent good enough, are you going to be entering too?

I've pretty much had a love/hate relationship with this event, though now that I finally got the gist of how to use Sony Vegas ( I wish I had more time to learn everything about it >.< ), I must say this was one of my favorites.

And I don't think Skynet and kyouriharu were saying that the entries were not good enough. They're simply pointing out the basics of what a commercial is meant to do and how some of these could be more efficient by using said basics.

As for the people worried about Flash not being allowed, I think you're safe. I'm pretty sure Nexon would say something about what you can/can't use if there were restrictions.

I've spent ~2 hours watching the ads on youtube. It was very fun. There is alot of talent and creativity in our community. Just about all of them had at least one or two things I found interesting.

But I also have some constructive criticism for the benefit of the future videos (if there's any):

I found that about 95% of them fail to do what a commercial is designed to do: to grab attention. And that needs to be done in the first 5 seconds of the video. Come out with an explosive bang if you have to. I found most videos where very slow to get to the point. One minutes is WAY to long for me to be watching something trying to sell me something.

Also, I was hoping to see more player ads. NPC's arn't the only people that craft and sell items. Haven't any smiths, potion makers or tailors made any vids to sell their own wares? Not to mention all the Mufflers and Murasamas going on sale from gachas.

Lol, the comment in my sig applies mostly in the the Mabinogi Life forum were 99% of posts are totaly forgetable.

I did watch your video and I liked it (as with most of your other vids). It's defnatly one of the better ones. However, it uses a trademark forumla that's been so overused, it's not even that interesting as even a parody now (my personal opinion, but likely not exclusive to my own). So Production Quality: Sweet!, Fun Factor: Cool, Originality: Meh, Design: Good,although not your own.

What I really want to see is someone branding their own goods sold! Now that would be epic. If you where in my server I'd say, make a brandname and an ad for my blacksmith (currently making val gaunts). Now that would be epic! I'd do it myself but I'm only getting into video making now. BTW what software do you use? I've been trying out WAX, but I might just dig up my rust old Adobe Premiere and After Effects o.O

 Err, some things went wrong during the conversion... But it should still be good. Some things like when Riocard moves seems off... He's moving faster than normal, or so it seems. Also, the ending is very abrupt; I'm not sure why that happened, though.
