G9~G11 are all independent from G1~G8 storyline, and can be started separately at the same time.

Don't quote me on this because I'm not going to be sure until I check with sources, but I'm sure you get your first G9 mainstream quest at level 5.

It can be started even as a beginner, and it'll be easier that way since all the missions will be in easy mode.

Oh, and I forgot to mention how G7 Mainstream was included on G7S2, so unless Nexon does the same thing as the Iria Update, like not making it Generation anymore, but making it full patch all together, however some of the stuff being updated slowly as time passes, We will have to wait for the Mainstream quest by waiting for G7S2. But from the looks of it, they will just input G7S1~4 all together but lacking some of the updates for the future.

No. You can start G9 regardless of your status on G1~G8.

Like I said, its a completely different set of mainstream storyline.

You need to find the pieces of the Ancient Lightning/Eye/Sun marked pieces.

You need to either look for them using the L-rod in the Pantay Swamp, or buy it off people. And then, insert it in ruins in the Irai falls

This is why the requirement of the G7 Mainstream is not funny. Since finding these things are a pain in the butt.
