My skill bar keeps "forgetting" the skills i had set when I log in. It's kinda annoying to have to reset them all the time.

I'm running WinXP/sp2.

Is there something I can do to fix it? XD; 

Are you ever switching between computers? Because I'm pretty sure that the skills aren't saved when you switch.

It's been doing that since the 5th when I started playing.  Today I installed Mabinogi on another computer, and the hotkeys that I set on my first day showed up there... but not on my own computer.

 This is really weird. 

Set your skills up how you want them, then go into the menu and end the game from there. They should be saved that way when you log back in. At least, that's how it works for me.

It does it to me too. Its SOOO annoying. Anybody know of a fix?

Disable firewall & Anti-Virus software  then try, didn't work.

This happens for me, too.  I really hate having to reset EVERY TIME I log in to play.  This is especially annoying since the game penalizes you for being AFK.

Does disabling anti-virus work?  I figure it only has to save once, but I've had a blank skill bar after every log in (note: it does not matter if I log off or end game, next time I log in the skill bar is blank, regardless.)

i have the same problem too.... can anyone help us .... ??

 

same for me since the 5th.  i thought until recently that this was normal beta behaviour.

it blanks when i log in and even when i change channels.  please advise.

I had this but only time I get half of my skills erased from the top was because I disconnected random times because my skill information tabs were not saved.

sounds like skill bar settings are supposed to be saved on the server.  maybe we should take it up with nexon directly.

btw, if they arent sending my pc the skill bar info when i log in, i wonder if thats why all the books in the game are blank.

can anyone else read books yet or does it just endlessly say "downloading content" for everyone right now?

maybe someone can tell me if this is normal too:

all books are blank and when opened, endlessly say "content downloading."

no tab positions are saved.  e.g. i have to reset clock, map, etc every time i login or change channels.
