I'm not sure what the degree of fitness is, but you can get 'fit'. There's also slim and overweight.

Since i am heavily underweight in real life, i will probably try to get as fat as possible. Should be fun.

Your character can get pretty buffed, but I don't think you will see a visible six pack.

Also for your future questions, try to keep them in one thread or just post them here.

You can get broader shoulders which look pretty muscular, but the width of your arms/legs is all dependent on fat.
