We are no longer accepting tickets for the Hacked Guild Point Boost Event as the deadline has passed. This event was in regards to the hacked guild compensation. Tickets submitted after 09/02/2008 will not be addressed. A two day grace period was given due to the holiday weekend.
Those who have submitted tickets before the deadline will be reviewed by GM Tiara. Please be patient as GM Tiara reviews your request. Your ticket will be answered in due time.
We are still accepting tickets for other guild issues such as being stuck in a guild. Please read the directions below for additional information.

Attention Hacked Guilds’ Guild Leaders,
Please be advised, we are currently running a Guild Point
Boost event until 09/03/08. We encourage all hacked guilds to take advantage of
this event.
All other guild hack compensation is being currently
investigated and/or resolved. If your guild hack situation is still
unresolved and is not currently being addressed by GM Tiara please submit a ticket on or before 08/31/08
(GUILD LEADERS ONLY). Please provide the following:
1) The exact name of your old guild.
2) The exact name of your new guild.
3) The name of your previous guild's leader.
4) The name of your current guild's leader.
5) The server on which your guild is.
6) Is there an emblem assigned to your guild? If so, what is that emblem?
7) Amount of mesos spent on the guild? Or how many members did you have?
8) Was your guild eligible for the compensation distributed through Duey? If
so, did you receive it? If you did not, is this your main complaint?
9) Are you currently having technical difficulties regarding Guild Functions or
Commands? If so, what is the exact difficulty you are having? Please be as
specific as possible as to how this problem occurs.
10) Please explain the exact nature of your complaint and the resolution you
are seeking.
The subject of this ticket MUST be "Guild Issue Cont'd" and it must be entered under the Category
of Tech Support/Bug Report and the
Subcategory of Performance. If it
does not have this exact headline and categorization, there is a risk that we
will not receive your ticket.

If you are not a guild leader but have a different hacked guild issue, such as
not able to leave a hacked guild, please provide the following:
1) The exact name of your old guild.
2) The name of your previous guild's leader.
3) The server on which your guild is.
4) What is the exact difficulty you are having with the Guild Functions or
Commands? Please be as specific as possible as to how this problem occurs.
The subject of
this ticket MUST also be "Guild Issue Cont'd" and it must be
entered under the Category of Tech
Support/Bug Report and the Subcategory of Performance. If it does not have this exact headline and categorization,
there is a risk that we will not receive your ticket.
