I'm currently facing the same issue therefore... i cant play the game... and since the stupid nexon customer service is screwed up... i don't think we can fix this problem...
Im not sure what ur trying to get thru my head but i cant even update the game... so how could i even play it???
well I finally got my DFO to work and it happened to be that my AVG anti virus was blocking it
