I am pleased to announce the
AradSociety character planner! You can find it located at:

This JavaScript/browser based
application will allow you to plan out your skill progression at
important level milestones. It also has save-via-link functionality,
which will allow you to link builds to other people as well as
bookmark builds for later reference.
The planner is still a little rough
around the edges and is still a bit of a work in progress. However,
in it's current state, it will allow you to fully plan out your
characters at both level 40 and 60. The SP received from skill books
has not been confirmed yet, but it should be a close approximation of
what you will get, when you get there.
If you would like to request a feature
or report a bug, either use the e-mail link on the builder itself or
post in this thread. I'll be checking it dailyish.
This app should be completely
cross-browser compatible as well. If you are encountering an error,
please let me know, and I'll get on fixing it right away. I've tested
IE8, Firefox3.5.3, Chrome3.0.195.25 and Opera10.
Due to there being no edit
functionality for these silly forums, here is a list of some of the
features I've already got planned:
-'View All' tab for skills
-Saving/Posting builds to rate
-Streamlining the interface
