Soulmancer I don't know if it's coincidence but when I played JP rohan it had a boosted drop rate and I'm sure other jp games do as well (I didn't get to base this against the KR version but compared to the NA/Global version jp had much higher drop rates). 

100% confirmed. I believe that the drop rates when they were tweaked also was when the fairy spawn rates were decreased.

Seen a "FULL HP/MP" fairy past Grand Flores? I thought not. I have tons of images where I had just popped a couple crates to reveal a HP fairy and a MP Fairy in the same room. I've never seen that combination in DFO, at best maybe a HP/MP/Hybrid with the pitiful Blessing Fairy on the map.

Factual error on their part.

It still isn't "tweaked" but they kept the exp, difficulty, and item rate are from Act 1.

Really? I was being sarcastic when I made my post. Maybe we should raise this issue, to make sure the drop rate does increase with the new patches.
