We know you’ve been working hard to purge the Infected from the NEXEMIS Lab, but even soldiers need a break for fun once in a while! On Friday, August 7th, Central Command will have several GMs out in the field to help you destroy the Infected. The soldiers who prove they have what it takes by scoring the most points in their mission will be awarded 10,000 NX.
So load up your backpacks with your favorite arsenal of weapons and rendezvous in the field!
THE CALL TO ARMS
The GM Live games will take place sometime during the following scheduled time slot:
-- Friday, August 7th, 2009, between 4:00pm - 6:00pm PDT
When the GMs create a GM Live room, a server announcement will be made as to the location and name of the game (there may be more than one GM Live room open at a time). GMs can be easily recognized with the GM icon next to his/her name.
THE MISSION
The game mode for each match will be Quarantine. The GM Live event will begin sometime within the scheduled 2-hour time slot, and last for approximately one hour. During that hour, GMs will be hosting matches on the Black Market Server, the Bravo Server, the Echo Server, and Delta Server. There is also a rumored team of Infected GMs wandering around, so stay on your toes because that team may be popping into any server! Show the GMs and your fellow players that you've practiced and perfected your strategy for the highest score and victory!
THE PRIZE
10,000 NX will go to the player with the highest score at the end of the mission. Should a GM be victorious, that prize will not be awarded. However, additional mystery prizes will be handed out at the GMs' discretion for particularly noteworthy gameplay.
THE RULES
-- GM Games will take place for one hour sometime during the block of time specified above.
-- GM Game Rooms will be announced in-game when they are created. First come first served. Stay alert!
-- Each player will be eligible to play one GM match during the competition time slot. At the end of each match, all players will be removed from the game room and only new players will be allowed for the next match.
-- All players must be in compliance with the Combat Arms Terms of Use or else risk removal from a GM Live game and/or disqualification from any prizes.
-- Please note that per Nexon's Terms of Use, impersonating a GM is an offense punishable by demotion or ban.
