i think i might mute everyone: now people don't have type QQ, they can cry & rage in real life

It's use for me depends on many things.

First off, whether or not it'll actually be useful at all for Clan Wars. Second, how many people are shouting/spamming/etc...

Abuse of the voice-chat is inevitable, unless you get caught swearing by a GM, you'll most likely get perm ban for harassment. But like recording people swearing and submitting mp3s, i think is going to be epic fail. Unless a large # of people report a specific person, i don't know.
